AP World History "Everything that has happened, ever."
Advance Placement World History is a rigorous, yearlong college level course that examines history from 1200 CE to the present day. It develops a greater understanding of the evolution of global processes and contacts including interactions over time. The course is global in scope, with Africa, the Americas, Asia and Europe being represented. The course prepares students to be successful in their higher-level college and university courses by developing analytical and critical thinking skills. The course centers around six themes that will develop the students' historical skills as it covers four time periods over 9 units.

USING THIS WEBSITE

Class material is organized by unit in the class, with each unit being a time period in the class. You can access it by hovering your mouse pointer over the "A.P. World History" button in the site menu above. Click on the unit in question and find the materials you are missing. I hope this is an easy way to find the materials you need! I will post assignment materials and readings here, specific to our class. You will also have a link to an amazing resource for information, Freemanpedia. Rather than reinvent the wheel of an awesome AP World Website, we will use his! Also, there is a textbook specific website that will help you review specific chapters, take practice quizzes, and hear an overview of the chapter.
10,000+ years of history stressing you out? Here it is in 18 minutes (serious) or 19 minutes (hilarious).
